Picture Slots - Reel, Background, Theme Lincesne Agreement

By downloading and using this Reel, Background or Theme Pack for Picture Slots you are agreeing to the following license conditions.

The contents of the Reel, Background or Theme Pack remains the property of the Reel Creator and by downloading it no ownership is transferred to you.

You are granted license to use the Reel, Background or Theme Pack for your own enjoyment.  You may not pass the Reel, Background or Theme Pack to others if the any part of it is password protected nor may you post the Reel, Background or Theme Pack onto any other site for download or attempt to claim ownership in any way.  Where a Reel, Background or Theme Pack is password protected you agree not to post the password to any website or share it with any other individuals, groups or organizations.

You agree to not use any of the images contained within the Reel, Background or Theme Pack for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was intended, that is as a Reel, Background or Theme Pack for game play in Picture Slots.

You may not extract screen captures of the Reel, Background or Theme Pack contents either in its entirety or individual image cells.

You will not attempt to reverse engineer the encryption algorythm employed within individual Reels, Theme Packs or Picture Slots in an effort to gain access to individual images.

The webmaster of http://ps.craigedgar.com or the Author of Picture Slots (Craig Edgar) are not responsible for the provision of passwords where a Reel, Background or Theme Pack is offered for sale.  Once a Reel, Background or Theme Pack has been purchased you must either contact the Reel Creator for the password or wait for the password to be dispatched to you via E-mail.

The Reel, Background or Theme Pack Creator is the legal copyright owner of the Reel, Background or Theme Pack and the images contained within the Reel, Background or Theme Pack and reserves all rights to those images with the exception of the standard generic images representing Wild and Free Games or any other images which were distributed as part of the Picture Slots package.

You agree to report possible copyright violations to the webmaster at http://ps.craigedgar.com if you believe that copyrighted images have been used by the Reel, Background or Theme Pack creator without express consent of the image copyright owner.

You also agree to hold safe the webmaster at http://ps.craigedgar.com and the Author of Picture Slots (Craig Edgar) where copyright violations occur or if any other issue arises through the use of the Reel, Background or Theme Pack.

Your download and use of this Reel, Background or Theme Pack indicates your agreement to these terms and conditions, if you wish to not agree to these terms then you must delete the Reel, Background or Theme Pack and remove all copies of it from your computer.
