Version 3.x of Picture Slots introduced a new version of the Set Builder, if you don't have version 3.x or above you should download it now.
After a Reel has been created the Set Builder will automatically upload your creation unless you tell it not to. If you are behind a firewall you should open port 21 to allow FTP access or allow the Set Builder to pass through your firewall.
That is all you have to do to share you Reel - create it and let the Set Builder upload it.
If you wanted to have your details associated with a Reel, Background or Theme you can create a new account (free) at the web site and use the "Submit Addon" option.
Reels are not available for others to download right away as we need to see the Reel to ensure it contains nothing that might be questionable.
