All the sites owned by CNEt, ZDNET, etc have had Picture Slots listed for a long time. I have tried, without success to update their listing to the newest version but have found that doing so is like banging my head against a brick wall.
Since they listed version 2 of Picture Slots we have changed our web site and E-mail address and there system can't handle that. I have E-mailed them a number of times asking them to update, I have created a new developers account to update with the latest version of Picture Slots only to be told that it already exists and I can't do that.
When I e-mail them for support, which itself is hard to do because they don't lilke to be contacted, I get a reply which someone has simply copied and pasted into a message to me. They don't read the actual content of the support question they simply send out a load of rubbish.
Today again I tried to update without success so I have given up. I have revoked their right to display the software on any of their sites and will be changing the License Agreement for Picture Slots to reflect that.
Something as simple as updating a version should not be difficult! I'm tired of playing games with an automated reply system and an organisation which has no human beings working within it.
